Applied bootstrap.css to Wajoli.com for better UI scalability

Bootstrap
We wanted a solid css framework for the site going forward.  We’re kicking off some serious content creation campaigns in the coming months and we thought it best to get our UI right before building all those templates.

Its not the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen, but its a solid foundation and we can tweak and beautify it as we go much more easily than our previous home-grown styles.
